ULX Custom Commands:

!fprops <NAME> // This will allow admins/mods to freeze the specified

!cleardecals // Clears decals

!clearprops // Clears all disconnected props

!fbring <NAME> // Freezes the player as soon as he gets bringed

!fgoto <NAME> // freezes the player when you goto them
